Product Overview:
Cocofiber, also called coir fiber, is a durable, natural fiber extracted from coconut husks. It is strong, flexible, and biodegradable, making it ideal for industrial and horticultural applications. Our cocofiber is sustainably sourced from Indonesian coconuts and processed to maintain high quality and consistency.
Its superior tensile strength and resilience make it suitable for mats, ropes, brushes, and geotextiles. In horticulture, cocofiber provides excellent aeration, root support, and moisture retention, enhancing plant growth while promoting eco-friendly practices.
Processing & Quality Control:
Coconut husks are soaked, decorticated, and dried under controlled conditions to extract clean fibers. Fibers are sorted by length, brushed, and packaged carefully. Quality checks ensure uniform thickness, minimal dust, and absence of contaminants, meeting strict export standards.
