Processing & Quality Control
Raw coconut shells are carefully selected, cleaned, and carbonized at controlled temperatures to preserve their natural density. The charcoal is then finely milled and pressed into uniform cubes using food-grade binders. After shaping, briquettes undergo an additional drying process to achieve optimal moisture content.
Before packing, each batch is inspected for size accuracy, hardness, moisture level, and ash percentage. Our production facilities follow strict HACCP protocols, ensuring food-grade safety and compliance with international export standards.
