Briquette Binchotan

Product Overview

Our Binchotan-Style Coconut Charcoal Briquette is a premium-grade charcoal inspired by the traditional Japanese binchotan method, adapted with eco-friendly Indonesian coconut shells. Known for its extremely high carbon content, it produces a clean, smokeless burn with intense heat and extended burn time.
Ideal for professional grilling, yakitori, robata, or other culinary applications, our Binchotan briquettes are a sustainable alternative to hardwood charcoal — offering the same exceptional performance while preserving tropical forests.

Processing & Quality Control

We begin with carefully selected coconut shells, carbonized at high temperatures in specialized kilns to achieve maximum carbon purity. The charcoal is finely ground, molded, and further heated in oxygen-controlled chambers to reach a fixed carbon level above 80%. This process eliminates impurities and ensures odor-free, smoke-free performance.
Every production batch undergoes strict quality checks, including hardness testing, moisture analysis, and visual inspection to maintain export consistency. HACCP protocols are implemented at all stages, ensuring full compliance with food-grade safety and export requirements.
